EXCHANGE + RETURNS

At A Weird Little Life I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the Exchange and Refund Policy below to understand how I handle returns and exchanges for different types of products.
1. Print-on-Demand Items

All print-on-demand items (e.g., custom-printed apparel, posters, mugs, etc.) are made specifically for each order and, as such,
cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is defective, damaged, or there is an error in printing.
If your print-on-demand item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a replacement or refund. You will be asked to provide photographs of the damaged item to assist me in processing your request. If the product is deemed defective, I will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge once the return has been received.

2. Non-Print-on-Demand Items

For all other items that are not print-on-demand, including digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, Illustrations) and other ready-made products:

You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items must be in unused and resalable condition, and any packaging must be undamaged (where applicable).

Digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged once downloaded, unless the product is faulty.
3. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to me at info@aweirdlittlelife.com with your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange and photographs of the issue (if applicable).

Approval: Once I receive your request, I will provide you with instructions for the return (if applicable).

Return Shipping: If the item is returnable, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or I made an error in the order.

Refund or Exchange: Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund or send the replacement/exchange within 5 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Print-on-demand products that are not defective.

Digital downloads (PDFs, Illustrations, etc.) once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Gift cards or vouchers.

5. Refunds
​
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part or a faulty product.
